GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~tbqlosis: I ordered a bike from HucknRoll. They sent me confirmation, billed my credit card, then sent me an email * days later telling me they were out of stock. One problem is Visa does not allow merchants to charge a customer before shipment. Despite them claiming "we'd be happy to hook you up to the best of our ability", I was given the option to refund my account or instead spend another $**** to purchase a different bike instead. I will never purchase from from Hucknroll, Backcountry, Realcyclist, or their other affiliates again.
