GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Huffington Post customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~teddy: I receive replies to my Huff posts in Facebook messages, but clicking the FB reply takes me back to the Huff article instead of to my post and replies. Only option to see replies to my posts is to search every reply....there has to be a better way. If so what is it, if not then Huff has no respect for all of us that do posts.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Huffington Post. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Huffington Post problem?
~teddy: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~teddy: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Huffington Post's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~teddy: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Huffington Post customers?
~teddy: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Huffington Post to know who you are.
