GetHuman-259756: Cancelled in ****** is now ****** and they are still charging me random fees at random times.I was told all my info would be deleted in april but its now may and they have charged me a $*.** fee*that they deny charging.When I cancelled they were suppose to send a box so I could return the equiptment instead they shipped another modem i returned the moden in March and in April they charged me for returning the modem I NEVER ordered.The worst company ever
