GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's HughesNet customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~loranwes: Did not get the Executive Account Customer service with this number. Had to call twice. First time there was a bad connection and rep could not hear me at all and hung up. Ended up with a foreigner although she spoke pretty good english and was nice enough. Trained to follow chain of command though and couldn't help resolve my "email getting blocked for no good reason" issue. She has to send case to corporate to review. When I had called the original customer support number they said the wait to get a resolution (maybe) would take at least seven days. At least this person said she'd expedite the complaint and they would call me within two business days*******we'll see.

~loranwes: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~loranwes: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about HughesNet's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~loranwes: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other HughesNet customers?
~loranwes: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for HughesNet to know who you are.
