~caseys: Does anyone speak English anymore? ARGH!!!!! We have been without satllite service on a job site since a week ago. I called. They were going to call back to schedule a technician. Said it would be * to * days. Did Imention we are a business without satellite? OK. No call no show from the technician. I call back exactly a week after my first call to get a status update on the technician. No service order was started. REALLY? So we have to go through that again? Hughesnet doesn't have a service dept. That gets "outsourced" through Great American Satellite. She said * weeks. When asked to talk to her boss she said "My boss doesn't want to talk to you. She will tell you the same thing. If you don't like it, hang up". That's the cusotmer service we got. And the satellite being down is costing us money. What an ordeal!!!!!

~caseys: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~caseys: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about HughesNet's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~caseys: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other HughesNet customers?
~caseys: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for HughesNet to know who you are.
