I was locked out of my account for over a year and could not cancel because *) I couldn't remember what email address I had used and *) the card I used was replaced with a new one...but charges kept coming....long story short, I finally got the right email address and everything was cancelled for me on the spot.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Hulu Plus. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Hulu Plus problem?
~finally over: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~finally over: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
