~Anne: I called to change the card number for auto payment* I was told it could only be done on the computer because of 'security.' If I had wanted to do it on the computer I would have - it is strange that Darien mentioned it couldn't be done because of recording conversations. I have made three other calls today to other vendors who I pay via this Visa card and, at least one, if not all, said that the conversation would be recorded. I don't buy Darien's story and I am NOT happy!
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Hulu. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Hulu problem?
~Anne: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Anne: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Hulu's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Anne: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Hulu customers?
~Anne: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Hulu to know who you are.
