GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Hulu customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Ackersac: I cancel my account * months ago and I wake up this morning to realize Hulu is still charging me for service. So I call up a customer service rep and she tells me she's sorry for the confusion and she can refund me my money is *-* business days.... Thank god I'm not short on money or really needed that money for whatever reason. Hulu is by far the worst thing I've ever had. There streaming is garbage and there's commercials on there streaming. They keep you're cards on file after you cancel so they can re charge you whenever they please. I honestly cannot explain how terrible this company really is

~Ackersac: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Hulu to know who you are.
