~Ynot: Not paying attention to my CC statements until today when I saw that HuLu was charging me $*.***mo (for * months) for an account I had closed. The agent voluntarily said, "I can refund that to you if you'd like." I said of course. Loved not having to argue my way out of this one. Great customer service!

~Ynot: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Ynot: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Hulu's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Ynot: For that I would say five out of five.

~Ynot: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Hulu to know who you are.
