~berb: Worse customer service ever. People are nice, but nothing they say turns out to be true. I'm still waiting a month for an appeal that should have been determined in * days. I was told because of their terrible service, I'd have an expedited appeal with an answer in **hours. That was **days ago. Turns out- after hours on hold, that they were faxing the doctor's form to the wrong fax number. I am so sorry to have changed to this company. It's the worse health care company I've dealt with.

~berb: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~berb: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Humana's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~berb: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Humana customers?
~berb: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Humana to know who you are.
