~Horrible experience: Worst customer service I've ever had. First, after waiting five days after I ordered, I tried repeatedly to find out the estimated arrival. When I called their support number, a recording said to use email and then hung up on me. It took three emails to find out my "in stock" order was suddenly backordered and delayed for * weeks. After the new deadline passed, I emailed and tried to call repeatedly for ten days before I finally got fed up (it had been more than * weeks by this time) and cancelled my order via email and threatened to contact my credit card company if the pending charge went through. Funny how I then got an email response within hours, but no apology, just a threat that I'd be charged according to their return policy. I was fooled by the good reviews they have on their site, and I think years ago they were good, but within the last year I see nothing but really bad reviews.
