~irssucks: Waited on hold for almost an hour and the rep that answered was uncooperative, combative and completely unwilling to help in any way what so ever. Once cornered, she finally gave information on how to locate public records that she should have given in the first place instead of NO, NO, NO, NO for ever question asked. Representative was rude and said she was going to discontinue the call but, was not able to provide any valid reason for terminating my call when asked since I was not out of line at any time during the conversation. She simply did not like what I was asking. *A typical govt employee contact with worthless people that do not deserve to have a job anywhere.
