~cherie: I have contacted them on several occassions and i have either been cut off or received a message (after waiting ** * minutes) that says "the system is being upgraded, call back in * hours). i call back repeatedly over the next ** hours and receie the same message. Now, the number is "not in service". I still have YET to even discuss my issue with anyone.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting ITA Airways. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a ITA Airways problem?
~cherie: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~cherie: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about ITA Airways's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~cherie: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other ITA Airways customers?
~cherie: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for ITA Airways to know who you are.
