~eetetet: Our flight was cancelled and we had two calls from the airline which provided rescheduled flight information for the next day. The issue is that the information was not consistent. When we tried to call CS to simply get clarification on the actual time of the rescheduled flight, the customer service representatives hung up (on multiple occasions) with no explanations. No one has called us back and it has been * hours. The airline should be utterly ashamed at the service levels you provide. If your service is this bad over the phone, I can only imagine how unbearable the actual flights and interactions with your business will be in person. You have most certainly lost any future international business from me!

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~eetetet: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about ITA Airways's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~eetetet: For that I would say five out of five.

~eetetet: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for ITA Airways to know who you are.
