~anonymous: i cannot say enough bad things about these people. they have taken **,*** points from my american express card and lost them. they refuse to help in any way. both myself and amex have been hung up on more than ** times. when i have spoken to anyone they have been offensive, insulting, combative... this has been going on for * days now with no end in sight. i will never visit that country. i have cancelled my trip entirely.
