The *** on the phone tells me: Pets cannot fly on Iberia, (Their page says the opposite, AS DOES everyone else, FINALLY), and he hung up on me when I requested a supervisor. After panic that I cannot fly on the ticket I just purchased for my dog and I. Please make sure that you have * things: a web site that backs up your concern, AND a person who is friendly on the phone.
