~Reinaldo Campo: trate de comunicarme con el departamento de equipaje, y cuando me preguntaron que si queria seguir en espanol que apretara el ** lo aprete, y siguio preguntando que si queria en italiano que apretara el * asi asi ect me pregunto en todos los idiomas, pero no pude conectarme en espanol, que fue el que selecione
