GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Ice.com customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Wansen: Regarding order ICE-******* **ICE.COM claims that their shipping time to Hawaii is "* to ** business days". This is not true it takes well over three weeks with the discount shipping service they are using (FEDEX). **The problem is that if you purchase something as a gift thinking it will arrive in time, it will not. ICE.COM will not offer a refund until the item is sent back to them necessitating the need to make another purchase to replace the gift that ICE.COM sent that will arrive late. **This first happened to me in August of ****. I complained to ICE.COM and they issued a partial refund and stated that they would review their shipping policies. **After making another purchase on October **th, I requested the item be sent via USPS or any other method that would take less than * weeks and that request was rudely refused. **This company previously had an outstanding reputation for service and quality but that is no longer true at all in fact, the supervisor I spoke with ("Niles" at

~Wansen: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Wansen: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Ice.com's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Wansen: For that I would say two out of five.

~Wansen: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Ice.com to know who you are.
