~Lofty: All I tried to find out is do Ikea stock kitchen cabinets and doors. All it sent me was a page with prices in dollars and totally ignored my request, Telephoning you get far too many options you are put on hold and music is playing with no indication of waiting time. Ikea sell some good products but help service is terrible.

~Lofty: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Lofty: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Ikea's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Lofty: For that I would say five out of five.
