GetHuman-105774: Did not get to talk to a human by pressing * after the initial language selection. There were three prompts to enter a zip code or select a store from a list. I just didn't respond to these prompts and the recording tells you to hold on for the next available customer service rep. Got one and the problem is resolved. Great Service!
