GetHuman-400721: It is impossible to get through to this customer service number. Hold tie was anywhere from *- * *** hours to speak to a person. Then they could not get through to the local store. Total time on this call was * *** hours and nothing was resolved. I received the incorrect item due to an error made by the store employee and it took three weeks to get this resolved. Delivery company was rude, no one from customer service would return calls. Take my advice and skip customer serice and go back to the store and talk to a store manager. One trip cleared up the entire matter.
