~JeD: The waiting time is relatively long -- sometimes I got to wait for dozens of minutes and got disconnected occasionally. Besides, it took the rep. tons of time to find my order (before I gave a large number of calls). Still, I'd say that their attitude is good, so I can accept that even if I might consider twice whether I should shop in IKEA. It's at least better than an arrogant dude yelling at you to the face. Some advice -- call them earlier in the morning, and expect additional ten minutes of waiting while they process the request (after they answer to the call).
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Ikea. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Ikea problem?
~JeD: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~JeD: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Ikea's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~JeD: For that I would say five out of five.

~JeD: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Ikea to know who you are.
