~mj3844: called *x waited on hold without speaking to anyone for average of ** minutes each time.. there is absolutely no way they are so busy everyday all day that customer service lines cannot take phone calls in a timely manner. i paid $****.** for furniture and paid extra for delivery and installation. installer was rude and argumentative and attempted to "short cut" each product they were putting together. I am waiting to have each item removed and returned as i will NEVER do business with ikea again. For such a big company your customer service is about as cheap as your products.
