GetHuman: Did you reach out to IndiGo, and if so, how?
~frustrated: I used the 800-832-7569 number I found for on the GetHuman IndiGo customer phone number page I was on: IndiGo Customer Service Phone Number
GetHuman: And which of these common IndiGo customer issues best describes the reason you wanted to talk to them?

~frustrated: "Technical support" was why I was trying to call.

GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's IndiGo customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~frustrated: This is the second time that indigo has made a mistake on the same order. Ordered * books about *-* weeks ago. Called yesterday and apparently the books were never sent. So re-ordered and re-iterated address a* times, and confirmed * times by indigo. Received confirmation e-mail and address is wrong. Called and they can't change the order, so now we have to cancel the order and re-order. In addition we have to wait for the original order to be sent back before we get a credit. Not very happy about his at all.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting IndiGo. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a IndiGo problem?
~frustrated: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~frustrated: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about IndiGo's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~frustrated: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other IndiGo customers?
~frustrated: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for IndiGo to know who you are.
