~kiddean: From Chicago. I(**),traveled to Indiana with my daughter(**) and grandson(*) to visit family on *****. Had car trouble on way back home. It was late, dark, and very cold. My car insurance roadside assistance did not meet our expectations when it came to helping us with a simple jump. To wait for them would've taken up to * hours and it was freezing within ** minutes of stalling. After being stranded for a half hour, it felt God sent to see an Indiana tollway truck pull up behind us to come to our rescue! The tollway "people" were quick, friendly and efficient. They helped get my vehicle back on the road. Life savers! Returned home to find I'd lost my wallet! Figured I nmust have dropped it on Indiana highway and would never be recovered. Was pleasantly surprised to receive a call from Jeff Dabkowski who informed me my wallet had been found and ALL in tact! Thay're mailing it back to me! Wow! Indiana tollway persons know exactly how to do they're jobs. Customer service was impeccable! F
