As noted elsewhere on this website, if your issue is with the debit card you can skip right to a real person as long as you don't push anything. When it says "Press * for English...", DON'T. It will repeat this another * times and even tell you to call back later, but keep waiting. It took a total of two minutes of me not pressing anything before I was automatically transferred to a real person, who btw was very nice and ordered my replacement card immediately.
