~A nurse: I purchased a * carat ring in feb. ****, I also paid for jewel safe. One stone fell out and they cannot help me now due to the time limit. They also could not tell me the size of the diamonds or clarity rating etc. I want to take it to my local jeweler to replace the diamond. I did not get any help at all. I consider myself a good customer. I will now consider whether or not to purchase form them again
