~Trista C: I have never in my life experienced such a superior level of customer service support!!*The young man who helped me is named Daniel and he is located in Las Vegas, NV.*He was kind, amazingly knowledgable of the UP devices, witty, personable, had wonderful listening skills and was just all-around charming. He offered and thoroughly explained several options to replace my dead UP **, all free-of-charge to me. The Jawbone company has proven to me through this experience, that they are truly a company of integrity. And, in closing, we just need more Daniels in the world!

~Trista C: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Trista C: For that I would say five out of five.
