~Rich P: I can't believe how unwilling this company is to work with people. I am disabled and on social security. I have a * yr old son and I told them I could not pay my bill until my Social Security came in, which is * days past the shut off notice. I said i would call in that day with the payment and all I was told is we have to follow rules so you will be shut off. This company stinks. During a time when everyone is struggling they refuse to work with people, Everyone else is being great its just the electric. Thanks for nothing.
