GetHuman-355038: I explained I have a handicapped child at home and was told i should seek other arrangements because it may be another week before power. I asked why i heard all the jcp&l trks where down mid an southern nj and not working up by us. i got no answer. I know theres devistation throughout the state, but you knew this was coming maybe you could have prepared better for this. this week its supposed to get much colder what do i do. i'm very frustrated!!!!!!!!
