~jean: Our power always goes out. Century Link knows how bad JCP&L service is so they had a generator by the unmanned central office ready to go. The phone lines run down the same streets as the power lines and we have phone service. Even Comcast crews arrived first. I suspect they don't want to pay crews over time or bring crews in from far away to save costs, so we rot. We need harsh penalties to encourage them to get the power back on
