~EXTREMELY ANNOYED: They couldn't wait ** seconds for me to arrive home to pay the bill because I was out of town, first thing in the morning. Then they had the nerve to say my disabled brother will have to wait ** hrs for it to be restored. I'm switching to another power company...Less than Zero people skills
