GetHuman-171988: They did the same thing to me!!!! My landlord owed them money and they shut me off feb. when I went to BPU and filed a complaint they then turned it on me. I'm now told i won't have power again until I pay my husbands bill at a residence I didn't live at. Oh and they won't make a payment arrangement with me. Jcp&l is the worst company to deal with on top of talking to you like your nothing!!!!!
