GetHuman-349337: Total waste of time. Absolutely uninformed people manning the phones. JCP&L has turned their back on our neighborhood. Vague generalized responses as to when power will be back on. Rude condescending attitudes from * different women. Very unprofessional. It's unbelievable to me that with all the help that has supposedly come from other states, that we could still be freezing to death ** days later in a snow storm!
