~lauren: Useless. I find it utterly impossible to believe that customer service has no clue when power will be restored to my mother's home. After almost * days of no power, JCP&L should have assessed the problem enough to know what is wrong and how long it will take to fix it. They should know when they are scheduled to work on the problem. These two pieces of information are all they need in order to give a proper estimate of when the power will be fixed. An answer of "Ma'am, ma'am it will be fixed within a week" is useless and a non-answer.
