GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Jet.com customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.

GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 12/06/17?
GetHuman-fredk19: Jet encourages customers to buy more. "Prices drops as you shop." You give options to buy multiple amountsof any give. Item, and the customer gets a better price as they buy more. Jet also reserves the right to limit the sales of any given item to any given customer if the customer buys too much of any given item, judging that the customer is going to "resell" that item. This goes against your billboard statement, that says prices drop as you shop. I am not a retailer or wholesaler. When I buy multiples of the same item, I am not reselling them, they are for my own use. This is not right. Sincerely, Fred Koch

GetHuman-fredk19: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Jet.com to know who you are.
