GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Jetstar customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~john: We bought a JetStar travel gift voucher for a friend. Never again! About a week after we had sent it to our friend (birthday present) we received an email from JetStar in Vietnam claiming that the credit card used to purchase the gift voucher was stolen & that they had cancelled the gift voucher. However, a check of our credit card bank statement showed that the money had been taken. We phoned up JetStar in Australia. After waiting ** mins on hold * times and giving up each time we finally managed to get through. JetStar Australia claimed that they had little to do with "JetStar Pacific", but we did finally get the money back.

~john: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~john: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Jetstar's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~john: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Jetstar customers?
~john: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Jetstar to know who you are.
