~belve: I 've placed multiple orders with Journeys but if I had to call the customer service every time I had to wait at least ** minutes. Most of the agents have no idea how to find a order by the WEB order number. Many times I have been given tracking * from other orders instead of the one i was calling about. When I call is because the items are very late (*-** days or more) but they almost never apologize for the delay. This is the worst customer service * by far on US market. During the holidays I had to wait **-** minutes to talk to someone. Most of the times I gave up.

~belve: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~belve: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Journeys.com's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~belve: For that I would say one out of five.
