~Simone: Spoke to Kendra. I bought shoes from Justfab in august **** and did not like them (cheap and painful). I called and cancelled my membership. Over a year later, they started charging me monthly for no reason! I called them and they said my membership was never cancelled and they will issue a "one time courtesy refund"... As if I actually owed them the money.. but I stayed polite and grateful sounding and they fixed the issue (well They gave me a cancellation number and now I'm just waiting on my bank to post the credit).
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting JustFab. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a JustFab problem?
~Simone: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Simone: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about JustFab's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Simone: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other JustFab customers?
~Simone: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for JustFab to know who you are.
