GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/29/17?
GetHuman42392: Juul, as I layed in my bed watching Netlifx in my dark room, I had trouble finding my juul. Then the idea struck me... What if you made a feature on the Juul where you say "Juul" and it lights up*and*or beeps. You're welcome.

GetHuman42392: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
