~Nice: First of all, i was so amazed on how Ms. Casey from Amazon CS( sorry but i have to mention her name, she was awesome at help), the service were great. My problem may have been as easy to solve for them but i cant help my feeling, I was overjoyed! Thanks again Miss Casey.**My kindle were flat and left it on charge for the day. Unfortunately, it was not charged though the light changed from orange to light green. Means, can't power it on!**if you happen to have the same problem as mine or K is unresponsive, or have problem downloading, RELAX & SIT BACK.*I'll share what she helped me.*You can try restarting your device by holding the power button for a full ** seconds:***. Make sure your K is unplugged from power adapter or USB cable.**. Slide and hold, or press and hold, the power button for a full ** seconds.**. Release the power button. The restart screen will appear.**S M I L E!!!!
