GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 12/04/17?
GetHuman-minksdk: I tried to buy a ticket and then your company waited until only hours before my flight to tell me that the flight was NOT successfully booked and that I could, CONVENIENTLY, purchase one that was available for more money....WAY more money. I couldn't afford this and the dates didn't work so I asked for a refund, which you said would take ** days! Totally unacceptable. I was unable to book another flight because of this. And on top of all of this, you not only didn't refund me, but your company charged more than on the invoice.

GetHuman-minksdk: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

GetHuman-minksdk: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Kiwi.com's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-minksdk: For that I would say three out of five.
