GetHuman-196910: I called because I ordered * kleenex care packages for close family members that were ill. It has been ** days and they are now better and have not yet received their packages. I was very disappointed and would not send them in the future. The commercial advertises sending a kleenex care package to someone that is ill. It does not help them if they get it weeks later when they are better. I think people should know how long it takes before they order them.

GetHuman-196910: For that I would say four out of five.
