GetHuman-107542: I was told a product would be shipped at the beginning of Feb. and then they said, it would be shipped on the **th-now it is the **th and no item. Now they are saying *-** business days after it is shipped. What is wrong with these people who can't get their stories straight. Tried to cancel but no the item has been shipped but we can refuse it once it gets here??? Charged by Credit card the same day I called but still no product??
