~Uziel Molina-Martinez: my name is Uziel , and by far the WORST hotel and costumer service ever. Who closes costumer service hours , but have reservations **** . I called to make my reservation repeated MANY times the location I wanted and sent me a confirmation email but in reality they put the wrong location, the wrong dates, and took my money still having to stay in the streets. Worst worst worst costumer service. Seriously thinking of suing your company !
