~fed-up: Long wait, got an Indian who remote assisted on my computer told me I had over **** errors and needed to buy $**.** tech support that would remotely fix all my problems including getting my almost new **** series All-In One printer working.He gave me a hard sell, the printer is wireless doesn't work and when it did would only work if both black and color cartridges were full.What a rip-off.NEVER but Kodak. Their warranty is worthless, the products stink,and tech support is a laugh.
