~bridgeburner: First and LAST time trying to buy something from Kotulas. I tried to buy a battery and charger for a cordless tool. Their website had what I was looking for, but no model number for the battery. They didn't understand the importance of knowing the model number. So, on their site was pics of the battery.... a battery and a charger....two batteries and a charger. I had to go to "technical support" to find the model of the battery. So I clicked on the picture of the battery and the charger and went through the purchasing process. After the sale went through, I made a copy of the receipt, which showed the battery only. I called back and explained that I also needed the charger and that's why I clicked on the pic of the battery and the charger. I was told that they don't carry the charger, only the battery. I asked why they have the charger on their website and the rep really didn't know, so I had to cancel the order and make the purchase elsewhere. It was time consuming, confusi
