GetHuman-lanastu: DISGUSTED with the product, and all CS said is I'm sorry. I feel I should be reimbursed at least for cost of * boxes of worthless product.
GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/27/17?
GetHuman-lanastu: I have been making freezer strawberry jam for over ** years. They now have changed the recipe. I lost * batches of jam, I followed everything. I spoke to CS, all he said was he was sorry. If it isn't broke why fix it. Sure Jell has been used in my family for years. I am out a lot of money, and time. Very Very Disgusted.
