GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/29/17?
GetHuman-steveco2: I've recently purchased a LG V** and I believe its defective, the screen broke ** days after purchase from being dropped indoors on a soft surface... Normally I would have purchased a case right when I bought it but the sales rep. boasted that this phone is the most durable phone on the market and then showed me commercials where multiple people are purposely dropping the phone on cement then showing the camera that the phone is fine. I called LG customer service about * week ago and I talked to several people telling me that they can't determine anything until I send the phone to the technicians, it felt as if there was no concern about the issue almost as if the representatives themselves just assumed I was trying to somehow get something for free. The reps told me they would send out a package with free shipping so the techs could look at it but its been a week now and no one has gotten back to me and I haven't received any package yet? How long does this sort of thing take?**I attempted to return the phone to Z-Wireless (certified Verizon dealer) where I had bought it but they told me the warranty was void because the phone was broken and my warranty has now ended for the V-** on the store level and now I'm stuck with a broken phone that didn't even last * weeks after purchase, even though every commercial that has been produced says something about being durable??? It either seems like a defective phone or insane false advertisement, out of the * phone I've owned thus far in my life the LG-V** is easily the most fragile in comparison and on top of that one of the main selling points seem to be "Durability"???
