GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/29/17?
GetHuman-msldelga: My lg ls*** phone never quite worked rt since I picked it up from sprint sometimes it worked but at times it just froze even the sprint worker took a long time setting it up I remembered. Anyways after a few months of it I had enough and sent it bk since it was still under warranty. They sent me a email telling me it had water corrosion on it and it can't be repaired. If that were so I'm not that ignorant to send it bk to them I am so mad about this but can't prove to them I never let it come in contact with water! They are sending it back and said it's unrepeatable
